How can I place an order?

Placing an order is a breeze. Simply click on the "Get Started" button on our homepage or access it here: https://caseswithcauses.com/pages/customize. Select the product you want to design and the model and upload your image to use our listing tools to make it fit just right. If you have any questions about the design or order process, please reach out to us at contact@caseswithcauses.com, and we'll guide you through it!

Can I send a custom case as a gift without revealing the price?

Absolutely. The price you paid will not be included in the shipment or visible to the recipient. To send it as a gift, simply provide the recipient's address in the shipping details during checkout.

How long does it take to create and receive my case?

Don't worry, you'll have it before you know it! Most orders are printed and shipped out within 24 (48-72 hours during the holidays). All orders are shipped from New York via USPS and are typically delivered in 2-5 business days.

What should I do if my case is damaged during shipping?

While we take pride in our protective packaging, accidents can occur. If your case sustains damage during shipping, we'll gladly provide you with a replacement case at no cost. Please contact us for instructions on returning both the damaged package and custom case.

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped within 48 hours from submitting it. You will find your USPS tracking number in this email and you can check this tracking number on the USPS.com website.

How much does shipping cost?

Using Personal Photographs and Artwork FAQs

What types of photos can I use on my custom case?

You can use any digital photo in JPEG or PNG format, provided it has sufficient resolution and quality. You may also upload photos directly from Instagram, Facebook, Dropbox, and other sources linked in our design app.

Do I have to use my own pictures?

We highly recommend utilizing your own photos or artwork to craft your one-of-a-kind designs. Prior to finalizing your order, please carefully review all customization details.

Important Guidelines for Artwork Submission:

Cases with Causes retains all rights and will refrain from printing any artwork that infringes on intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or includes any explicit or offensive content, profanity, threats, or material that promotes hostility towards individuals or entities, or incites violence or hatred.

Can anyone else use my design?

No, your design will not be visible to anyone outside of our team unless you consent to us using it for advertising or to making it available in our Artist Collection.

How good is the print quality?

We guarantee you will not be disappointed with the print quality. We use top of the line equipment to produce our cases for a perfect print every time. If you do have any issues with the quality of your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@caseswithcauses.com

How many photos can I use?

We have several design templates using anywhere from 1-10 photos. Just select your model and get to the design application and you can select your layout there.

Can I make edits to my design after it has been submitted?

We usually submit all designs to our printing department at the end of each day around 11pm EST. If you reach out to us at contact@caseswithcauses.com before then, we can place your order on pause to give time to make it perfect!

Product Info FAQs

How do I attach the case to my mobile device?

Attaching the case is straightforward. For Slim style cases, slide your phone into the hard-shell case, starting at the top. Align the phone buttons with the case holes and gently snap the case into place. For Extra Durable cases, remove the flexible bumper from the hard-shell, place it around your phone, and then slide your bumper-wrapped phone into the outer shell, starting at the top. Align the phone buttons with the case holes and snap the case into place.

How do I remove the case from my mobile device?

To remove either a Slim or Extra Durable case, turn the phone or device so that the back faces you. Apply pressure to the bottom corners to create a space between the phone and case. Gently pry the space open with your fingers, and the case will pop off. Please avoid putting pressure over the phone camera to prevent any potential damage to the lens.

Do your cases fit all mobile devices?

Currently, Cases with Causes covers are designed to fit specific models, including the iPhones and Samsung Galaxy devices listed on our site. Please check the product listings for compatibility details and be sure to double check and make sure what model device you have!

What's the difference between a Slim and Extra Durable case?

You can opt for a Slim case for a slimmer profile and lighter feel. If you prefer additional protection with an impact-resistant bumper, choose the Extra Durable case. Both options provide protection against daily wear and tear, but our Extra Durable cases will provide added drop protection.

Donations

How do the donations work?

With each purchase, 10% of proceeds from the order will automatically be donated to the charity you select when the payment is processed.

Once you receive your order, share a pic or quick video of your new case and tag us on up to 3 social media platforms. We'll donate an extra 5% for each post you make, for a total donation of up to 25% of the proceeds for each order.

Purchase with no social share = 10% donation.
Purchase plus 1 social share = 15% donation.
Purchase plus 2 social shares = 20% donation.
Purchase plus 3 social shares = 25% donation.

What charities can I support with my order?

We feature 6 charities whose causes we support, or you can use the search bar on the donation tab to search thousands of registered 501(c)(3) organizations for the one that means most to you!

Do I get a receipt for the donation from my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a tax-deductible donation receipt. We aggregate all donations and disperse them to the organizations in lump sums at the end of the month.

What guarantees do you offer for products?

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee if there are any defects in the printing process of your case. If you notice anything wrong with your order, please reach out to us, and we'll assist you promptly.

We also offer a lifetime warranty for your case. If it breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will replace it for you, free of charge!

What if I'm not satisfied with my custom case?

While we believe you'll love your custom case, if you're not completely satisfied, please reach out to us at contact@caseswithcauses.com and we'll be happy to hear your concerns.
