Cases with Causes Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at Cases with Causes. If you are not completely satisfied with your case, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Our dedicated support team is committed to ensuring that you are pleased with your purchase, and we are here to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we will be unable to process a refund. The buyer is responsible for returning the case to Cases with Causes to receive a full refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be returned to Cases with Causes. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will replace your case at no cost to you. Should there be a design error or printing error, we will replace your product at no additional expense to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund. The refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as they may also have a processing time for refunds.

Warranty Exchanges (if applicable)

We will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to contact@caseswithcauses.com and we will provide instructions on where to return your case to receive a replacement.

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in cases where there was no defect.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location, but typically, it will arrive within 2-6 business days.
